Shawn Lewis Robatzek
Mr. Lewis, co-founder, possesses over 30 years of hands on drilling and operational management experience. He started his career working in the Canadian oilfield service industry for approximately 10 years and then went to work for Parker Drilling International in Kazakhstan as Field Superintendent. He has also worked in Kuwait, Trinidad and Tobago as Operations Manager for Tuscany Drilling International and later he worked in Algeria for KCA Deutag as the Operation Manager. Overall, he has worked in over nine countries worldwide. His overall drilling experience has made him an expert in the drilling industry, specializing in the management of startup drilling companies. Shawn is known as a highly effective Operations Manager and he brings an extraordinary amount of passion to the management and direction of operations. Shawn is renowned for his commitment in delivering the highest quality of service to his customers. He is an accomplished problem solver and has an immense appreciation for cost management and profitability.
Mr. Gordon has over three (3) decades of Oil and Gas Industry experience with leading companies (Rowan Companies, Noble Corporation, ModuSpec, and Lloyds Register). He first became involved with the Drilling Industry at the age of 17 when visiting Land Rigs in East Texas with his Father, leading to a long and rewarding career. So far he has accumulated a wealth of Industry specific management and field experience involving contract negotiations, regulations, design, construction, maintenance, and operations for Land Drilling Rigs and Offshore Drilling Vessels (Jack Ups, Semis, and Drill Ships) Worldwide.

Benjamin R. Johns
Mr. Johns has extensive experience developing projects as well as providing strategic analysis to private, public and governmental entities in: USA, Latin America; Latvia; Thailand; Pakistan; Libya; Iraq; Turkmenistan; Afghanistan; Azerbaijan; Russia—Itera, Yukos & Tatneft; and UAE.
As the Business Development Director of Drilling Structures International, Inc. (DSII), he generated new clients through his network and developed new projects within the existing DSII relationships in North & South America. Through his network, he developed, negotiated, and structured JV partnerships, Agency Agreements or Consortium Agreements on behalf of DSII, allowing DSII to expand into: UAE, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Mexico, India, and the Caspian region.

Chief Information Officer
Mr. Budd possesses nearly 30 years of IT experience. After graduating in 1987 from Okanagan College with a diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology, he began working in Edmonton repairing and maintaining computer systems. After several years, he returned to school to study Computer Information Systems. In 1995, he began working for the Government of Canada providing IT networking and system support for various government departments involved in federal law enforcement and national security duties. He also received specialized IT Security training from both the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Communications Security Establishment. After leaving the government in 2013. he has been providing enterprise level IT consulting services in the Republic of Panama and is one of only ten Certified Information System Security Professionals in Panama. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role of ensuring Ryno’s cutting edge IT systems remain dynamic, robust and secure.
