S.LewisMr. Lewis, co-founder, possesses over 33 years of hands on drilling and operational management experience. He started his career working in the Canadian oilfield service industry for approximately 10 years and then went to work for Parker Drilling International in Kazakhstan as Field Superintendent. He has also worked in Kuwait, Trinidad and Tobago as Operations Manager for Tuscany Drilling International and later he worked in Algeria for KCA Deutag as the Operation Manager. Overall, he has worked in over nine countries worldwide. His overall drilling experience has made him an expert in the drilling industry, specializing in the management of startup drilling companies. Shawn is known as a highly effective Operations Manager and he brings an extraordinary amount of passion to the management and direction of operations. Shawn is renowned for his commitment in delivering the highest quality of service to his customers. He is an accomplished problem solver and has an immense appreciation for cost management and profitability.

Rex Cramer

Rex CramerRex Cramer with 40+ years’ experience is an Accomplished Petroleum Engineer who started his career with Chevron USA and worked onshore Louisiana and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico in Drilling/Workover Operations and Production Engineering. To further his education he obtained his Masters in International Management after working in Saudi Arabia for Al-Qahtani Maritime’s Oil Field Division Vice President. Afterwards he has worked for International Drilling Contractors starting as a Rig Based Operations Engineer working in the Sultanate of Oman’s PDO with Santa Fe International and Performance Operations Manager Offshore Trinidad and Tobago’s BP. He has managed between 25/33 land rigs, ranging from 750 to 3000 hp units primarily throughout the Middle East, inclusive of Iraq and Pakistan as an Area Manager with Weatherford Drilling International. Rex Cramer strongly believes in strong HSE and Maintenance Systems. His latest positions were South East Asia Chief Executive Officer for MB Petroleum.

Alan Budd

A. BuddMr. Budd possesses over 35 years of IT experience. After graduating in 1987 from Okanagan College with a diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology, he began working in Edmonton repairing and maintaining computer systems. After several years, he returned to school to study Computer Information Systems. In 1995, he began working for the Government of Canada providing IT networking and system support for various government departments involved in federal law enforcement and national security duties. He also received specialized IT Security training from both the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Communications Security Establishment. After leaving the government in 2013. he has been providing enterprise level IT consulting services in the Republic of Panama and is one of only ten Certified Information System Security Professionals in Panama. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role of ensuring Ryno’s cutting edge IT systems remain dynamic, robust and secure.

Muhamed AamirMr. Muhammad Aamir is a professional petroleum engineer having graduated from China Petroleum University. He demonstrates dedication and commitment to his work. An energetic Engineer with the ability to plan, implement and execute projects professionally as per approved policy of the organization. He has sufficient knowledge of international competitors and technologies used in the industry. He has strong business communication and understanding of upper and lower managerial relationships. Mr. Aamir has vast experience in the petroleum business with specific country experience in UAE, Russia, China, and Pakistan. He is fluent in English, Chinese, Urdu and Pashto.
